HAHAHA! You should have a punching bag station here like a post for people to just go and punch the "bag" and vent whatever. No responsibility needed, just vent. LOL! That post can have exceptional rules - like , say anything you want. LOL!

Well Ive done some distance learning over the years. And Mak Jo Sis concept is by far the best Ive encountered, I have learned so much already. Im blessed to learn two arts from Mak Jo Si Gwongzhau Wing Chun and Tin Yat Kung Fu.
Theres nol scam and the skill is very high and obvious, what the haters are talking about i have no idea, and have had a few "bouts" with them on f.ex. FB groups...
The most brilliant thing is that every lesson is geared just to you and therefore extremely helpful in aiding good progress. I recommend Mak Jo Si´s Kung Fu lessons to all seriously interested, very good price too!

Flower tea + green tea is the best combo as my student said to me awhile ago ... for relief of stress and overload with work. I need that so bad now. Please, can I have a cup?

Hey Jo Si, what is the mission statement/vibe for this forum? Hopefully we can fit in ok without upsetting people too much. Smile I'll stay out of the non-Tin Yat discussions, that will probably be a good move. Tin Yang

Tao Uncut is a mountain sanctuary stronghold from tyrannical TTB government. Very Happy

We, like you didn't agree with the "moderation" methods...so started this group on Wed 8 May 2013 (after another thread was disappeared without explanation).

It has acted mainly as a fall back position Smile

The foundation members being Die Hard Trojan Von Nut, MorePieGuy and myself (WWROA = White Wolf Running On Air)

Very Happy haha

Uncut is the ideal...

Naturalness

Naturalness (Chinese: 自然; pinyin: zìrán; Wade–Giles: tzu-jan; lit. "self-such") is regarded as a central value in Taoism.[55] It describes the "primordial state" of all things[56] as well as a basic character of the Tao[57], and is usually associated with spontaneity and creativity.[58][57] To attain naturalness, one has to identify with the Tao[57]; this involves freeing oneself from selfishness and desire, (we will say, pursue virtue instead Smile) and appreciating simplicity.[55]

An often cited metaphor for naturalness is pu (simplified Chinese: 朴; traditional Chinese: 樸; pinyin: pǔ, pú; Wade–Giles: p'u; lit. "uncut wood"), the "uncarved block", which represents the "original nature... prior to the imprint of culture" of an individual.[59] It is usually referred to as a state one returns to.[60]

Wiki sucks when it comes to Taoism and Chinese... maybe I can phrase it in a simpler form.

自然 is just "nature" in Chinese, and in Taoism, nature is just nature, and nature do have good and bad too. To survive in nature, one should stay strong and fight for your peace, not to sit and wait for peace to come, as you can see that is not how it works in reality.

You see our countries fought in the past and so you can have the place to live. If they don't fight back when bad guys invade, what happen is your country will be gone. Being polite to the bad guys is not the way to go, because bullies and bad guys are greedy, after they swallow you, they swallow more and there goes the domination.

The pattern of nature is like this, just like if you see a rain storm is coming, you MUST do your best to prevent yourself being soak and so you can avoid getting sick. If you just sit there, you will be soaked and soon sick and fever...!

Therefore, there is no peace if you just hide yourself in a hole while people throw eggs and tomatoes at you. Peace is earned, and not achieve. Even the animals in nature know this, they strive to survive and so they go away from human being to live in their own territories to avoid being hunted, that's the way they survive too. They really do try hard to survive, and so are human beings.

朴 in Chinese is be simple, and down to earth. Meaning that, you simplify the rules and avoid corruptions, bribery, conspiracy and so on. This is the way to keep things simple and easy to understand. Just like the law today that is filled with sneaky laws and shit, the dictionary of law and shit is so hard to understand, one can be sued in no time if they are not knowledgeable in this field, and that is what makes people crazy. By going back to simple stage, you make rules clear, simple and easy to understand. Everyone follow the rule and enjoy the place. That's the way to go.

Avoid some of the so called Taoism stuff on wiki, because those are often misleading in a way. They promotes too much bookshelf Taoism and those, are kinda blended with what we call "new age Taoism". If you sense vagueness, promotion of ideal world and forgot reality, well, that is a red flag already.

Just sharing you some knowledge and insights from Tin Yat Lineage here, and of course, the real Chinese from a Chinese. I can tell you that, the Wiki guy got it wrong, even in the literacy part and theory. Sigh. Of course, you can choose to agree or disagree and I am just sharing my $0.02 Very Happy
