NEVER! Vegetarian diet or vegan stuff is crazy bad. We are human, and we need meat. Grains are also VERY important as well. You know how HEALTH it is to eat rice and congee? An article I wrote back then..

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The word Bigu or "Pick Goke" in Cantonese is referred to those BS no grains stuff as recorded in the Taoism Canon or the scripture of "Yunji Qiqian" which is all BS and scam shit. If you read the Taoism canon, it talks about a lot of BS like how to become immortals and talk about all the fake deities and shit there too. Anyone with a brain will run into doubt if they read it with logic used. It's so damn fake! But well, since it's written by the Zhen Yi Sect, and fully supported by the gov of China, they are labelled as the "China's Top Taoism OverLORD" right now, aside with Quan Zhen Sect with that Bin Laden looking Taoist being the leader... sad enough, they are HEAVILY into the corruption shit with money making with the gov too... legit eh?

Btw, if you are not crooked, how can your sect survive in China? LOL!

So ya, these Pick Goke and stuff are all BUDDHISM INFLUENCED and totally not right to do. I mean.. okay, why is Buddhism beloved in China back then? No that the people like it, it is because the KINGs AND QUEENs love it as a mind controlling tool! If Chinese people REALLY like Buddhism, why do they have to HANized it? Oh that's a word I created, meaning to Chinese-lized it into the Chinese vibe (incorporating into Taoism culture) and make it a new looking thing...

Just like Chinese food in western culture in the past, they have to twist it round and make sure the Dim Sum have a western vibe and all the sweet and sour sauce, fries, etc... and not look too Chinese to piss off the gwai lo... get that? LOL!

Gwai lo? nope?

How about sublimation practices? transforming the sexual energy into higher functions? (other than for pro-creation purposes)

Gwai lo = the slang Chinese use to refer to "white people" or "westerners". It's kinda rude literally, calling them "ghost people", but it is often a word used by Chinese people even they don't mean to be rude now, LOL!

No, those sexual energy bullshit is also crooked. My student Tin Shun also debunked it with the TCM theories already, it's really crooked evil shit. Sex is sex, it's meant to be what it is for. You can do it for fun (with your partner) or do it for making babies, nothing more. Please read this post for the proper knowledge, and also TCM knowledge that debunk the bullshit.

scroll down, and you see my student's TCM quotes there. It's totally a scam shit.... only the cults will promote these things. It's not even correct in TCM theories already, not to mention Taoism....

I will read it.

Gwai lo, hm... I don't mind Smile

Much of the "West" today is extremely "sensitive" / pathetic ... aka "Political Correctness" ... which is a political weapon/ suppression of free speech in order to advance wicked agendas.

Actually gwai lo is not insulting or meant for insulting anymore, it's more of a "funny word" nowadays that people use. Even my students don't mind this word and they think it's just funny, LOL! A lot of gwai lo(s) are even more Chinese than the Chinese today too... LOL!

I understand about the 2nd part. Totally can feel that too.

LOL! Talking about ninja, I just watched GI JOE on Netflix today! LOL damn funny ninjas there!

Somehow Lau Jo Si raised a good point today after the movie, she said -- why people often relate to those martial artist with spiritual power and stuff like that? That is insane illogical, and it's a pop culture only! Most of you think, when those guys cultivate highly in martial arts, somehow they will one day dip into high-power spiritual stuff, magic or something like that... weird!

Well she said - think about it, it's only a fighting art. Like in the past, people use kungfu to fight for war, for defense, for protecting your family and country...all you need is to know how to kill, what the fuck you need to have any spiritual or magical stuff going on? Imagine a military guy who train soldiers... what the fuck he knows about spiritual stuff? All he know is how to fight! That's all! When people try to link up those things with "life" and "wisdom" and "spiritual stuff" it is all wrong....

and now that is the problem with pop culture, it's brainwashing people to believe a ninja, a karate old master, or whatever shit... MUST be highly cultivated in the spiritual stuff too.. weird!

Re: Tin Yat Diet Recommendations

Post by Tin Shun on Thu Jan 16, 2014 2:53 pm

Let me share a few TCM concept about vegetarian diet. I can say that vegetarian diet nowadays is actually over promoted and seems to become a propaganda.

In TCM five element theory, we know that we have to eat in food classified into five groups. TCM promotes being natural and in balance. Yes, five groups of food eating in balance.

So, what are these five groups? Cereals, Fruits, Vegetables, Meats, Medical Food.

Vegetarian diet is out of balance that it only helps to take in four groups of food. Just like a normal and healthy man should have five senses, say, eyes for see, ears for hear, nose for smell, tongue for taste and skin for touch. You must have five to be a normal man. If you only have four of them, what will happen?

Promotes vegetables eating is good, but don't make it too much promoted. Nowadays vegetarian diet promotes cereals, fruits, vegetables and medical foods added up to 100% and meat 0%. That is too much vegetables eating promotion.

Anyway, the balance above mentioned is not meant to be 20% of each. Don't take a human as objects and do simple and statistical calculation.

How many percentages of each of them to be in balance? It all depends on your body constitution. Different body constitution should have different percentages of each of the group. But it is meaningless to make any one of them to be 0%.

True, you don't have to cultivate to be a warrior. Though I think training to be a warrior is 50% of cultivation.

Re TCM and vegetarian/vegan

I think the system still works eg:

Bitter- heart/fire
Pungent (spicy); lung/metal
Sweet- spleen/earth
Sour-liver/wood
Salty-kidney/water

Bitter - Different herbs
Spicy - Ginger
Sweet - Orange
Sour - Lemon
Salty - Tomato

Also with Taoism and getting closer to nature, what we consume would also need to be in its most pure state ideally... so no fire/ cooking, no processed foods etc.

Yes, you don't have to cultivate to be a warrior, but you have to cultivate to be a warrior that can stay alive though. Fighting without skills and training is no different than suicide. Logic kick in for you there?

Regarding TCM, I will leave if for my student to tell you the theories and stuff. I can just tell you that you are wrong there by chopping up the whole pizza and just take whatever you want to make a sense out of it. TCM doesn't work like that. It's like trying to take my reply, chop it in pieces and form your scabble and say I meant this and that, uh.. no man, doesn't work that way.

what i have presented is a very basic example, but I believe with different fruits/vegetables/herbs one can find a balance without the need for animal flesh.

I said that I will leave it for my student to explain it, so I will just let him speak. But keep in mind that he is a doctor who studied TCM, and if he can tell you that it cannot balance, it means something. LOL! From your links above, I just have to say, it's a tragedy, you just bumped into a load of BS Taoism crap brewed up in the scam-era, from Zhen Yi, Quan Zhen and shit. Thanks to those people, and they have proven to us that their crap doesn't work and only work in selling books. A lot of those "masters" die from diseases, and it's all because of their weird shit. Sigh... I told ya, load of BS out there, especially those you linked that relates to "Taoism". If I have the time and energy, I will debunk the whole book for you from top to bottom, LOL!

Well I have backed it up with some western science... I personally have found with a diet primarily of fruits, vege, herbs I have much more energy + more pure energy. Perhaps it is my own elemental composition that allows for such.

Now that also means your meat eating or cooking might have been bad too! If you come to my kitchen, I am sure you will be in love with my meat meals and not wanna go back. LOL!!!! You know, I cook pretty damn good too! Even my students who have tried my style of cooking (with them following my instructions to cook) love it too!

TCM knowledge 101 for you --> Human =/= Horse, our body and organs are different. Don't you know it yet? Research on HORSE ANATOMY, see if you find it look like your body there.

Cow have 4 stomachs too, they are powerful animals too, they can kick my ass anytime.. but so? I don't have 4 stomach.

Horses don't see the spectrum we see and so their world is kinda dull too.

You got brainwashed, dude. Time to look at the reality, and treat human like human, we are not horses.

Btw,

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Does it eat veggie? I mean.. look at the world dude. You need to see the real nature, not the propaganda stuff, but the REAL wild nature. A lot of BIg aniamls or even SMALL animals only eat meat, they are strong too. So what now?

Cats only eat meat, and they can kill a deer too. Or even a human being.

Not to mention the video above.... now guess what, those horse and cows theory doesn't make a damn sense, but they do make sense to the vegans somehow, weird logic...

and also, my point is - human are not cat/deer/cow/horse... don't treat human like horses. Or.. you should just go 100% on grass diet, see how far you can go eh?

and RE the why meat make you weaker than veggie diet = because you need to learn to cook properly. That's all. I am not joking, but cooking food improperly or badly can lead to bad results, and that is why a lot of bad mother and father who suck at cooking often have their children too fat / too skinny / always sick and cannot consume food properly...
